Hi @CSaer - Welcome to the forums! Can you please give us more detail?  Did you set up your Versa 2, connecting it to the app on your phone? That’s how to get the device to start tracking steps and more. Here are set up instructions.

 

If you are asking how Fitbit tracks, here is a good explanation on that.

you can see a map doing the track, with the versa 2 I can see it.
