How do I turn off friends requests? I just want to use it privately without others asking to connect. I have everything I can find set to private but still receive requests. Thanks for any assistance!

Hi there @Southbayjanine, welcome on board. I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your suggestion to turn off Friend Requests. Currently, there's no way to turn off this option, that's why you couldn't do it while trying to manage your privacy settings.

Our team is always working on improving our devices and user experiences, and your comments are always welcome. Feel free to post your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. That way other users can comment and vote on the idea to show their support. You can read the FAQ to better understand how that board works. Please do a search first, in case someone else has already suggested your idea or something similar.

I am really shocked at this. I bought a fitness tracker not another social media app. I don’t want any of my details public including my name. Can I use the tracker without having to be logged in to Fitbit?

I just received a friend request from a woman wearing nothing but her panties.  I certainly hope that Fitbit takes into account that not allowing end users to block such activity leaves them open for liability in the instance of a child receiving such lewd and inappropriate content unsolicited with no way to block such content without disabling the device/app altogether.  You guys need to sort this out now.  This is unacceptable.
