How do I turn off zone notifications?-Versa 2

I just got a new versa 2 and did an update the other day. Now, whenever I set it for an exercise, it randomly will vibrate on my wrist (I think it’s a heart rate thing). I can’t find any info on why it is doing this and it is super annoying when doing a workout...there has to be a way to disable it. I should mention that it didn’t do this before I did the update....super frustrating! I went into my settings and disabled the heart rate zones thing but it still does it 😡
