Hi. Whilst changing the strap to me versa yesterday it had now blocked me from opening.
I have tried to follow the steps on here to unblock but when I click on the Devise lock tab in my account its saying that my watch is permanently locked, if I proceed to unlock it will clear my wallet out and lock all my settings?
Is that right and can I then re register my watch?

I regret to hear that your Fitbit Versa has been blocked. Thank you for the steps you've followed to resolve the issue before contacting us.
I would like to clarify, when you set Fitbit Pay on your Fitbit Versa, it is required that you set a personal 4-digit PIN code to help keep your Fitbit device secure. If you enter an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you're prompted to unlock your Fitbit device in the Fitbit app.
Once you complete the process to unlock your Versa, your wallet shouldn't be cleared nor your settings locked. This procedure just unlocks your Versa for you to be able to use as normally. For more information about this topic, please visit this article.
