I've looked my versa 2 and unfortunately I've deleted it from my app. how can I unlock the watch or fo a hard reset?

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa 2. Let me explain that we have a way to unlock your watch, however it needs to be connected to the Fitbit app. Since it was deleted from the app and a hard reset wouldn't help, I've gone ahead and contacted our Support team so they can create a case on your behalf. Please note that due to recent events affecting our operations there might be a delay in their reply, but they'll get in touch with you soon via email.
