Hi how do I take unlock with your phone off the screen of my watch without having to reset my watch. Thanks

If your phone and fitbit are still linked then unlocking with your phone does not reset your watch. See:

If your fitbit and phone are not connected so you can't use this process then you will need to factory reset the watch to get it working again. Trouble with that is you can't get to the factory reset because it's locked! Instead you need to use an undocumented and complex process to do a factory reset and my recommendation would be to get customer support talk you through the process: contact.fitbit.com
