@mandylj Hello! Your Fitbit uses your phone to keep time. So you need to make sure your Fitbit is syncing to your phone properly. You can try disconnecting bluetooth and reconnecting and go into the Fitbit app and force a sync to see if that works. You may need to allow the Fitbit app to run in the background for some Fitbit features to work, so double check that setting in your phone as well.

Hi there, @mandylj. Welcome to the Community Forums.
As @Heather-S and @Guy_ has mentioned, your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced or that it's still linked to your Fitbit account, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? or if you need to relink your Fitbit device, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Also, note that the time on your Fitbit device may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Versa 3 is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
If none of the above works for your, I recommend changing your time zone to a complete different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
Hope this helps.

I versa3 use to sync with the time whenever I changed time zones once I sync it up. I was in Iceland. The time was not correct for 5 days. I sync my device daily. Then it just changed. Once I got home. I logged onto fit app.com and set my time manually to GMT +4. It changed my time on my device. Sometime in the night my device changed to GMT+3. My IPad still the correct time. I check into app again and saw that the time zone was changed. Can I get it to be correct all the time?
