My watch is showing Eastern time and I am in Pacific time, how can I fix that?

Hi @Gpark  on your app, set it for automatic time zone and aumatic location under the App Settings, which you find by tapping your picture upper left of the dashboard. Then you sync a few times to be sure it knows what you want. See if that works for you.
