How do you open text message on Versa?

How do you open text message on versa? I get notifications but cant open.

@MonicaRosales00 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! If you don't see your notifications you can just swipe down on the clockface screen to review them. You can check your Versa's manual for more information. If this isn't the issue could you provide more details so I can better assist you. Make sure you are using a compatible mobile device. If you are using an Android phone maker sure the app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions).

I am receiving notification of a message received. When I scroll down it states I have a new message. When I tap to open it, it closes. The message bubble remains displayed.  When i scroll down it says that I am all caught up but I have yet to display the message.  Please advise.

I am having the exact same issue. I just got my fitbit versa today. I've allowed all permissions on my Galaxy S8.

I am having the exact same issue! I have an S8+. I have all my settings the way the troubleshooting said and I still cannot open any messages.

I am having the same issue. I get the notification but can't open the message.   But yet I can quick reply or send an emoji.   Well that's not very helpful if you can't see the message or who it's from.  Very frustrating!

Any answers yet? Mine is not working. When I get a text and click open, it opens the message on my phone.

I had to go into the settings on my phone and change my notification settings to show up on my phone so they would show up on my fitbit. It worked though. It is annoying having everything pop up on my phone every single time but I get them now.
