Has anyone in the UK successfully returned their Versa for a refund.
I have been on Live Chat and also rang them, they requested pictures of the front, back and charging unit which I submitted. The device is out of warranty but because of a safety issue they are offering me a refund which has to be paid via a PayPal account with the same email address as your Fitbit account.
I just wondered if anyone had done this and how long the process takes.
Maybe I’m being a little over cautious

Hi @Shazzad11 - you may also be able to get a prepaid master/Visa? card credit card.
Fitbit are good refunding when it comes to things affecting your well being. The Ionics are in voluntary recall due to battery burning issues.

Hi Guy,
Thanks for your reply.
I wasn’t offered a replacement or a prepaid MasterCard but PayPal refund is fine.
Not sure how long the process takes.
🤞it will all go smoothly.
