Like many on here, driven crazy by my FitBit Versa 2 misbehaving. Eventually failed completely. After many hours on the telephone. Amazon got me through and Fitbit agreed a replacement, obviously they wanted some documentation first. All done.
Now Fitbit keep asking for various information which I have supplied many times and we still have no indication of the replacement being dispatched! Now over 3 months and wife is without a watch!
