How to access TIPS?

On my Versa 2, there is a selection called "Tips." It takes me to a Quick Tips screen with a start button. After clicking on the start button, it takes me to a screen called Shortcuts.

And that's it. That's the only tip. If you click the button, it takes you back to the menu screen instead of taking you to the next tip. Nothing else seems to work (e.g. clicking on the watch face, waiting for the next tip).

How do I access the rest of the tips?

Is this top option on the Versa 2 or the fitbit app.
