We have misplaced our versa and have tried the bluetooth apps the boards have suggested.  WE are able to sync it, any other suggestions?

The tracker is nearby. I use this app https://findmyfitbit.com

 

The trial will tell you if it can see your tracker,  then pay to do the search. They will refund if the app if it fails to find. 

 

Other than that,  wait until it is dark,and send a test notification. 

 

It might be possible to set an alarm through the web site,  in any case you want to see if you can hear the vibration.

Is the Bluetooth finder even coming close? When Mine did I search the area it came close to and found it in my closet. It actually fell in a shoe.

 

But it has to be close if its syncing.
