I changed the clock face to fitbits as suggested and it worked for a day. I got it to move again long enough for me to try restarting and turning off but now it wont move from clock face at all. Restarting does nothing. I can't turn it off or reset it because I can't changed from the clock screen. It seems like this started with your new update. I got my Versa in July. I have had Fitbits for 3 years and never had any problems before other than syncing issues. Please don't suggest restarting as this doesn't work. And I can't turn off or do a factory reset when I can't move off the clock screen. Any other ideas?
