Help I dont want to do snap chat but cant get out of it and put the original face back on my new Versa Lite!! and no one is answering on the live chat. any ideas?? now i dont have a face on my watch at all.

Hi @ttornow, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry about the difficulties that you experienced with the chat support in regards the change of the clock face.
I was able to get in touch with our Customer Service department and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
