How to remove apps from my Versa 2?

I literally just got this in the mail today..getting used to it..there are some apps on my Fitbit that dont relate to me..how do I remove them? Or do they stay on there.

The apps that come pre-installed just stay there and don't do any harm.  You can re-arrange the order by hold and drag.  Other ones  that you add, you can also remove.

Add or remove apps from phone

Profile Pic > Versa 2 > Apps

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks so much for the help.. I will have to deal with the apps. I
definitely dont need deezer, starbucks, spotify , music, one of the main
reasons I purchased this..was for my sleeping pattern where do I find that?

@Daisyduke05   When I see the apps you mentioned, I realize I was wrong.  Some of those can be removed according to the instructions given by @JuanJoFitbit .  There are a few original ones that cannot be removed, but some can be.

 

Sleep should be a tile on main 'Today' page of phone app.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

His method of moving apps does not work. There is no hold where icon enlarges. 

 

Do you have another method please?

I don't see anything like that in his instructions reference.
