How to remove security pin?

After trying to set up fitpay I realized it doesn't support my bank. Now I can't get rid of the security pin. Only minor but it's quite irritating!

I had to reset my Fitbit completely and reinstall my versa 3 onto the app, this removed the pin, there is a problem with the versa 3 which won't allow my text etc to come through onto my fitbit, I wish they would sort it out

What actually helps? I have not been able to disable security on my Sense...only change the password.

The only thing that worked was resetting my Fitbit watch, removing the watch from the app and readding it, once I had done this the pin was no longer there

Hi jsh13435 - I didn't actually get to remove the pin -   I did sort it after actually creating a pin and then selecting "Use for payments only".  I don't use the Payment app anyway, so i'ts all good.

I dont use the payments. Was going to try it but changed my mind now cant figure out how to STOP the pin from having to be entered. I tried uninstalling app/unpairing device then reinstalling & readding device but still didnt work so HOW do i delete the pin option???

Hi team lm having the same issue. I go to device lock and there is only the option to enter the pin - it won't accept it! 

No option to 'change or remove' please help.

hello @erikpienk I do not find the remove button in the device lock settings I do not think that it exists so please show me where you found this setting
