Hello,
Advice please. I would like to request a refund for my Fitbit Versa 2. The product is in good working condition along with the box, however the continuous syncing issues I've had since owning it have left me unsatisfied.
As a result, I understand from Fitbits redundant policy that I am entitled to a refund as it was purchased in December 2020. I am aware that the cut off is January 31st and therefore need to arrange this as soon as possible.
There is no link, or clear instructions on fitbits pages as to how to request this. And so, please advise.
Many thanks.

Hi @Skyebrock91 any such request will need to go to Fitbit customer support, if you bought it directly from them. If purchased from a retailer, you'd need to check with them.
Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
UK: call 0800 069 8505
IRELAND: call 01 691 7502 (country prefix: +353)
