How can I reset my steps.

It’s on my Versa 2 it keeps a count of my steps and will not reset for the next day.

I appreciate the details that were shared with me. If your stats are not resetting at midnight, please restart your Versa 2 following the next steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

Seems odd that you're still experiencing this issue despite restarting your device. Can you please let me know if this is occurring with all of your stats or only with the step count? In the meantime I receive your answer, please try changing your Versa 2 clock face and let me know if the issue persists so we can move on.

It is doing with my steps and sleep patterns.

I quite don't understand your issue, can you please share more information and details? If your device is not restarting your sleep, this means that the device is still recording your sleep? Can you please send me a picture showing this? Please refer to this post for instructions of how to attach an image into your post. Also, please let me know the outcome of changing your Versa's clock face.
