How to restart Versa 2?

My versa 2 wont let me open any apps on my watch, and it doesn’t even show what Time it is, it’s just a black screen

Hi @Tucked and welcome to the forum! To restart your Versa, press and hold the buttons at the left and at the right bottom until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, Then you can release them. You can find more details here. Please let us know if this restart helps.

Hold the left button for 30 seconds- device will reset.  I had the exact same issue- black clock face and apps wouldn't load. One you do this it automatically turns on.

This didn't work as there is no right button on the Versa 2

@JReddy - There is only one button. Press and hold that for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears. Then release the button and the device will re-start. You can find details here.  @FinaF - we appreciate you stepping in to help!
