Versa 3 won't install apps

My Versa syncs up fine but I’ve tried for months to install apps. It used to install them but won’t now. I tap install and it appears to work, then suddenly stops and the install button appears again. I've reset the fitbit app, uninstalled it and even made sure it was updated. I even shut down the watch and my phone then turned it back on and still not working.

Hi @MWhite09 - this can happen if you have too many apps installed already, about 30 is the max.

 

Try removing some you don't use or need less and then do the install.
