Just got a Versa 2. The clock face only shows the time, but it doesn't say whether it's "am" or "pm." Is there an option for this somewhere on the device or the app?

That would be a function of the individual clock face. There are many you can choose from. Just look at choices for one you like that shows AM/PM.

Hi @SunsetRunner - the display depends on your profile clock settings, if you select 24hr mode it won't show AM/PM and it's also possible that the clock face in question doesn't support correctly 12hr mode, as mentioned by @JohnnyRow .
So first check you have set it right, you can log into your settings here
And remember to hit Submit at the bottom and then sync the watch after making changes.

Thanks your your reply. My fitbit is already set to 12 hour. The issue is that I can't find a single clock face that supports 12 hour mode correctly. I went through all of them.

I realize I posted this on the wrong forum. I have a Charge 5. SimpleClockPro is not one of the options.

@piilstil yes wrong forum, But are you sure you went to your profile to set the hour format, you can log into your Profile Settings and did you sync your watch afterwards?
