Versa 2 is synced on my phone app, but when I log into the windows app to transfer music just as the watch said I should, it neither recognizes my device in my account or gives me the opportunity. I want a refund if this is the case.
Many of us don't have apple computers, so how then do we transfer music?!
At least give us the opportunity to transfer in our phone's app if this is the case.

I had the same problem. After downloading Fitbit Connect, it prompted me to update Windows 10 app, which deleted the just-downloaded Fitbit Connect.

It won't find my watch even with the fitbit connect app.
