Whilst attaching a new strap the screen locked and now comes up with a message saying unlock with phone. I've followed the instructions to unlock using the app on phone and it comes up with an error message saying unable to unlock contact system admin. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting but that didn't work. Any ideas?

Have you tried entering the same Passcode as you use to unlock your phone when the app asks for the Passcode?

@Niknak850 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Versa got locked. Besides the suggestions @N8teGee shared you can try using a different phone as explained in this post. In that same thread you will find other suggestions to help solve this issue.
