Best AnswerNo @MNicDhonnacha it is not safe to delete your account or even remove the tracker from your account. Your tracker has been locked from putting in the pin wrong to many times.
Let's open the Fitbit app.
Tap the top right, then your tracker.
Now swipe up to device lock.
You need to approve your access by putting in your phones unlock code.
On the next page tap. Change Pin Code.
You should be able to create a new pass code?
Please let us know how it went and if you get any error messages.

Have you tried clearing the apps data. You will need to log back in.
Or remove the Fitbit app and install a fresh copy.
