How to use Spotify onto Versa?

I resently downloaded the spotify onto versa, can anyone explain to me once you set your run on versa how do you get yr spotify up on screen because I just cant seem to do it without stopping my run on wrist. 

Can anyone explain in simple terms.

Thanks for the details mentioned. Before starting your run activity, please make sure that your Versa is connected to your phone and that Spotify has been activated. Once you start your activity, you can do the following to navigate through your music control icons:

1. On your device, swipe down from the top of the screen, and tap the music controls icon  .
2. You may need to change the audio source to your watch if you previously listened to music from a different audio source. Tap the 3 dots, then tap the watch icon. 
3. Play, pause, or tap the arrow icons to skip to the next track or previous track. Press the + and - icons to control the volume.
4. Press the back button to return to the track listing or an app.
