I have a new Versa Fitbit watch.  I have downloaded onto my cell phone, but it does not show any steps...or anything except the time.  I would like to get a weekly report on my desktop for the statistics, and also to find if it is working.  How can I get such an email?

 

Thank you for understanding a newbie and for any help.

I must not be understanding.  It sounds like you just set it up, but are concerned you don't have any steps yet.  It is not going to show steps until you have taken some steps.  What am I missing.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I have had the watch for a week and have taken steps.  My heartrate does not show either.  If I could get an email on my weekly steps, I would know if the watch is working.
