Hi I've recently purchased the Fitbit Versa and just found out it's not compatible with my Huawei pro30 lite.... Can you advise when this will be updated as I've been waiting ages to purchase it and with all the modern technology there is I didn't think that this would've been a problem.

 

At this stage I might have to return my Fitbit and purchase and go with a different brand.

Hi @Ciarag3 - I’m sorry to say that Fitbit does not publish a schedule of what they are working on and when changes will be released. Please make sure your Fitbit app is on the latest version. Same with the OS on your phone. Sometimes that helps. Just because a phone is not on the list does not mean it will not work. It simply means Fitbit has not tested it and cannot verify that the phone is compatible.
