I can't set up MobileTrack

My Fitbit Versa is broken.  I want to use MobileTrack, I clicked on set up device but MobileTeack is not listed, so now what do I do?

Hello @MeMeT53 and welcome to the Help forums.  Not every phone supports MobileTrack.  There are many, many Android phones that don't support it.  Sorry.

There used to be a link where you could check if your phone model supported MobileTrack.  Fitbit recently updated many of the Help pages and that link doesn't seem to exist any more.

@MeMeT53 Click on the exercise tile. Top right, there is a timer icon. Click on that and mobile track should come up. Set up device has nothing to do with mobile track.

No mobile track. I did see just use phone, if I log out & choose join, but
then it says my email address is already being used. It says let's get
started but isn't allowing me to add a password. Maybe my phone is not
compatible for the mobile app (Galaxy note 10+).

You already had the fitbit app for the Versa, right? You just go on the Fitbit app and into the exercise tile, and click the timer with + icon. No tricks needed. It's designed in case you forgot your tracker or whatever.

Pretty sure if it was available on my old S5, it'll work on a note 10.

Thank you, I'm thinking my phone (galaxy note 10+) is one of the android
phones that doesn't support the MobileApp to track every step.

The feature you are describing is MobileRun.  MobileRun is a way to get a GPS map of your walk/run/hike if your Fitbit doesn't have connected or built-in GPS.  MobileTrack lets your phone be your Fitbit in your pocket all day long.  If a phone supports MobileTrack, that choice is at the very bottom of the + Set Up a Device screen.

It is very easy to confuse the two.

Ah. Sorry for getting involved. lol. I wasn't aware there was another one.

I did however, read that mobile track won't show in the add list if you already have a tracker on your account. There seemed to have been mixed results with that. Could be worth a try removing the no longer working Versa? Or Maybe @MeMeT53 already tried that.

Thank you, I'm glad you got involved. Come to find out my phone isn't
compatible, another person per the community sent me that too. I thank you
both for answering.
