I have a Fitbit versa 2. I have a message on the device saying unlock with your phone. When I go into the app it does not say anything about unlocking the device. When I checked on Google how to unlock the device I am advised to do the following
- In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
- Tap Device Lock.
- Find the option to reset your PIN code.
I do not have an option of the profile picture in the today tab. I cannot use the device.

The profile picture should be located at the top of the Fitbit app:
If your watch was removed from your Fitbit account the device image won't show up. If this is the case, the best way to get help is to chat with us online or give us a call. Please click here to get connected.

Ok I can now get into your profile picture but not into your device image. How do I do this

Whether you are not able to see the image of your Fitbit Versa 2, it means that your watch is not set up. In this case, it will be necessary contacting Customer Support. For more information, please visit this site.
