I cant do a reset on my versa 2. Screen is black and unresponsive

I tried to do a reset of my versa 2. I hold the button in, but nothing happens. I had full battery, but it went dead in middle of the night and now i cant even do a hard reset. Any ideas?

I just got my and it blink and failed to black is it a virus? It was 100% charge and i was just about to put it on to do my daily workout

I did the update a couple days ago and ever since I have been having the problems as everyone.

I'm having the same issues. I was on vacation and in the water when it stopped working. It has been fine the day prior in water. I thought it was from that but it's meant to be in water (and I was in super shallow water). I also had a full charge at the time, but I thought it was the battery also and charged it only for it to get super hot from that.

 

I have no clue what to do either and no one has gotten back to me.

It finally came back but now is not responding or doing anything other than bringing error i been at it for one hour and it's nothing not moving forward at all
