I have not heard back about my watch that I returned over 2 months ago. The watch gave me an allergic reaction and I have not gotten my refund. I've been assigned a case number but continued to get ignored when I refer to the case number. I am extremely dissatisfied.

If that's true, you're absolutely right to be disappointed. The only thing I can advice is to keep on calling Customer Support untill they respond to your rightfull question. Maybe this link will help you: https://help.fitbit.com/?cu=1

What does the number mean you posted on your second post? I would advice you to delete the first post with the same answer "it is very true" , cause Fitbit does not allow double posting.
