I've already typed this in once. BIG Problem. Ever since I got the update for my watch and phone it does not record anything except time. I used to get a nice map, time, distance, calories, etc. Now I get 35 minutes and 400 feet. I wait until the watch connects (usually 15 minutes) then press start. Walk, Jog, bike I get nothing but time. Pure junk.

@SuperMarer What's your phone model, OS and Versa firmware version? You mention an update for watch, do you mean firmware? Or perhaps Fitbit mobile app update? Also, what phone OS update are we talking about? Does your tracker sync without issues (open fitbit mobile app, tap on your avatar to open Account settings, scroll down to Versa and check the time stamp for last sync)? Are you receiving notifications without any issues?

@SuperMarer If you already had performed factory reset several times and the issue still persists, there's really not much you can do beside reaching out to Customer Support and requesting a replacement. I wish I had better news.
