Importing last exported data from Versa 2

First thing first, I have a POCO F1 phone and my calls and notifications don't sync at all. During my googling, I found a Reddit user saying that doing a factory reset of the watch could help. So, I backed up data using the Fitbit export and did a factory reset. How do I import the previously exported data now?

All data that has been synced is stored on the main Fitbit database under your email/account, not on the tracker.  So all your data should still be there, with the exception of whatever data had been collected since it last synced.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
