I have noticed on my Versa 2 that Steps are very inaccurate.  There are times I am sitting at my desk working for hours and my watch states I have been walking.  Is there a way to fix this?

I have been using my watch for the past couple of months and i have noticed that it records way more steps than what I've taken. And the calorie count is also very inaccurate.
