So for the longest time the monitor seemed to be working normally. Recently it spikes all over the place. My wife has tried it and the same thing happens. When we put on our old devices (apple watch and fitbit)everything works fine. I have done a factory wipe off the device and it is still inaccurate. What can be done to resolve the issue

Thanks for the suggestion I think fitbit needs to figure this out
