My time is incorrect, it is not the time zone , it is actually 8 minutes behind. How can I fix?

Having the same issue. Had the fitbit for over a year and my phone 7 months..suddenly losing time and won't sync properly. Stopped wearing it a few days ago, check it routinely and time was correct, put it on today..within 2 hours time was off by 4 minutes. Tried everything but can't seem to fix it.

Hi @BAC22 and @CamilleCF, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Let me share with you that Fitbit devices use the mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your devices they should display the time that’s configured there.
However, this issue may also be fixed by updating the time zone in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please check our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if further assistance is needed, I’ll be here.

I have tried updating the time zone, didn't work. I am unable to sync my device unless I remove it and re-add it. It will sync itself once every morning, however if I try to sync it it says no device found or couldn't sync. If I leave my device off the time stays correct, if I wear it it loses about 2 mins per hour on average.
