Trouble with changing clock face on Versa 2

I wanted to change clock face now it took me to a web site where I have to pay and now it has a code it wont let me clear it it keeps putting up new codes every few minutes and cant clear it

Hi,

If you can swipe left on the watch, find the app called Clocks and switch to another clock already loaded on your watch.

If you can't do that, then go back in the Fitbit app, sync your watch, and try and change to another free clock and sync your watch again.
