My Versa Lite loses time when I wear it. When I take it off, it syncs and shows the correct time. This just started happening about a month ago! I’ve done all the suggested resets on my phone and smartwatch, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

A watch shouldn't lose time when not synced.
Try a different clock face.
If that fails try Fitbit Support. They may be able to help you.

Hi @FtWorthDinman welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Versa Lite it should display the time that’s configured on your phone. However, this may also be fixed by updating the time zne in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please check our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
@Guy_ Your help is always appreciated.
Let me know if further assistance is needed, I’ll be here.
