my Versa has been showing the wrong time for the last day or two. For example right now it is 10minutes behind. I've tried everything. Also having a mare syncing it.
I've reset multiple times (phone and watch), unpaired, uninstall. I can't think what else to try

Hi @Uksarah19, it's nice to see another post from you here in the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Versa it should display the time that’s configured on your phone.
However, this may also be fixed by updating the time zone in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please check our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if further assistance is needed, I’ll be here.

I’m having the same issue with my Versa 2. And I’ve double and triple checked that I have the proper time zone selected. Plus that wouldn’t cause the minutes to be off. My versa 2 currently shows the time as 08:02 when it is actually 22:32.

When it syncs it fixes itself. For example it seems to lose several minutes an hour, so by the morning it's about half an hour out. I work 10hour shifts without access to my phone, the watch is going to be completely useless

I’m having the same problem. The time and date is out big time. I’ve synced it over and over and it still hasn’t changed. I have went in a updated time zone from automatically to manual and the back again and still no difference. The watch is only 6 months old so this isn’t good enough??

I've been given a case number now, still not sorted but maybe that's the route you'll have to take too
