Incorrect time on device

I traveled yesterday in my tracker properly switched time when I crossed the time zone. When I came home, 24 hours later, and it hasn't switched back to my home time zone. What's up with that?

Hi @PopSchim, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Versa it should display the correct time.

However, this may be fixed by updating the time zone setting in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please see our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Let me know if further assistance is needed.

Didn't help. It is 4:08 where I live, St. Anne, Illinois. My watch is stuck
on one hour later and has been since we visited relatives in Michigan a few
days ago.
I've tried everything I know to try, syncing many times, power off and
power on, leave my Versa 2 off all night, etc.
Nothing works.

Thanks for your update @PopSchim.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. Since the steps from my previous post didn't work, please restart your Versa and make sure that the time zone setting of your mobile device is currently set on Manual instead of Auto. Then, please sync your device. If the issue persists, please let me know which mobile device are you using to further investigate.

Looking forward to your reply.
