Hi all,
Is anyone here who can help me with what to send when retruning fitbit under warranty? I'm in australia and have received the return label but no instuctions on what to send back? Is it just the watch or do I need to send charger, and both bands as well?

Below is the email content which I received but as step 2 says, but I never received another email telling me what to send. I will have to call them again now 😞
Please send your device to us with the label below:
1. Print—Print your prepaid shipping label
<pdf file link>
2. Prepare—In a small box or padded envelope, package the device. You should receive an email from Fitbit Support with the exact items to include. Be sure to put your label on the front.
3. Ship—Drop off the package at your nearest AU Post location
