Versa Heart Rate Broken

As stated the heart rate sensor no longer works on my Versa even after every reset and factory reset. Any help is appreciated but i havent found anything that works.

I did the same thing that you did too and even factory reset it and still no pulse sensor. So frustrated with this whole thing. Haven't even had it a year yet.
