Interval time doesn't change.

I tried on the app and on desktop but the interval time doesn't change. It's stuck on 18 hours and 98 interval. It does change on the app and website, just not on the versa. I did reset the device but it did not work. I also removed and added the interval workput shortcut but to no avail.
