Hi!

 

I try to set running with intervals and can't even if I read other conversations. Could somebody help me? I don't see any "Interval Workout" on the app.

 

I have a Versa 3.

@SunsetRunner   All of the Exercise shortcuts are on the Versa 3 itself, not on the mobile app.  Tap on your Exercise icon on your Versa 3.  Choose Interval Workout.  There is a tiny “^” at the bottom of the screen.  Swipe up on that.  There is an option on the upper right where you set your intervals.  There are other settings there, too.  Swipe back down to get to the start option.
