Is there any way to undo the lastest update. Unfortunately I did it and now the one thing I really used it changed.i monitored my active minutes and now it's zone minutes. Too complicated for me

Hi @Lewright, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for your post and bringing this to our attention. Let me share with you that it's not possible to undo the latest firmware version that was installed on your Versa Lite. I know it takes time to get used to the new features but I recommend you to check the information that's specified on: What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device? and let me know if you have any additional questions.

I'll be around if your need anything else.

This is incredibly disappointing I just did the upgrade and it has completely ruined my device. I had 41 active minutes when I did and now I have no minutes it’s like I didn’t do anything today when I have. It seems you have moved the goalpost and made it much more difficult to achieve a goal on the device since my active “zones” have changed as well. It also completely messed up my period tracking as well exercise tracking. I really hope you will consider letting users have the option to go back to the old way. I’ve owned a Fitbit since 2013 and I think I’ll have to switch to an Apple Watch this is just terrible.

Agreed. I had almost two hours of activity and after the update, they disappeared? Very frustrating to end the day thinking I met my goal, but then after the update, I was a lazy sloth?

I have a versa 2 and I can still see the Active Minutes on the watch, the web app and the Windows 10 app. However on Android it now shows this pointless Zone Minutes.

@spinner07 You’re using a third party clock face (incidentally the same one I use 😁) it will be up to the developer to update it as it’s not affiliated with Fitbit

It does make me wonder though whether the official Fitbit clock faces have been updated to reflect the new update

Can you put it make to active minutes not zone minutes in your next update. We all like it to be active minutes again.

I was told that you can't undo the update. It is so wonky. I am still
having problems with it. I do water aerobics so steps don't really work for
me. I am trying to get used to it but it doesn't seem to track consistently.

AND, I went from having to charge it every few days to TWICE a day!!  Without it tracking my heart rate, half if it doesn't work,  so I want to remove the new zone update.  Searching for the answer

I am losing battery charge very quickly.  I could go 3 days. Now I charge every day. This update is terrible, it.was a down grade. What is the positive??

I got a new clock face loaded onto my Versa 2 that isn't in the App Gallery.  It is an analog clock that lets you tap through your stats.  It has zone minutes.   I can't seem to upload a picture.  I keep getting an error that the file is too big.  It is on the device, but it isn't shown on my phone app under my Versa 2 clocks.  My two other clocks don't have active minutes, just steps, heart rate, and calories.  I looked a few other Fitbit clocks.  None seem to show active minutes.

This post was sent to me in response to my question about the latest faulty Fitbit update to my Versa (NOT lite).  Not only did it not answer my question, but it's not even my DEVICE!  Nice, Fitbit troubleshooting.

Maybe you should think about putting it back to the way it was. I can’t afford an Apple Watch! From what I’m reading you have a lot of upset customers.

I know whenever there is a change, some people get upset (just because they never like change) but having to charge it twice a day, and it no longer tracking half of what I bought it for is very frustrating

I’m having the same issue. My Fitbit is now useless to me.

This was not a good update. This change is not. Useful change. I’m tempted to switch to an Apple Watch because of this update.

Having the same issues. It might be time to switch to a different device. This update has rendered my Versa 2 essentially useless.
