Not really liking the versa when you tap the glass to read the screen it takes multiple taps is this normal for Fitbit or is my watch faulty

Hi @SandyGill  My Versa responds very well to taps. The centre of the screen seem to be the best spot. If yours doesnt respond to firm taps in the centre (but not excessive taps) then try contacting Support (link in my signature)

@SandyGill the Versa's screen does not respond to taps, but is a touch screen like your phone. 

Let's try touching, not a violent tap where it is possible that the finger slides across the screen a little and the touch/tap will not be registered. 

The older models used the senders in the I it to detect the changes in direction caused by tapping. The versa detects the gentle touch of a finger.
