Hi @SportsFan1 , Dexcom itself is not supported by Fitbit, but if you enter you sugar level in Dexcom and install the Third Party app called CGM graph, you can check you glucose history within this app. Only slight problem is that for CGM you have to pay $4.99 for it, but it unlocks Dexcom graph for that price. Go within the Fitbit app to the page with the Clocks/Apps tiles and press apps - all apps - press the search icon on top of this screen on the right side, you will get a new search bar with the search icon on the left. Press it and type CMG Graph and read all about it, so you can see if it's something for you. Per description of the app, I would say YES. Regards kuzibri

@SportsFan1 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding your inquiry about Dexcom 6 blood sugar monitor, @SunsetRunner is correct. This third party app is not supported.

Hi @JuanJoFitbit , see my post, It's not necessary to post it in the Feature Suggestions Board since the CGM app (supported by Fitbit) tracks the glucose level entered in the Dexcom app. Warm regards kuzibri and thanks for your support.

@SunsetRunner, the reason to vote for the issue would be to get free integration as opposed to having to pay extra for it.  Unless I'm missing something.

Look for the watch face called "Glance" - you'll have a watch face with the time, the Dex graph, and your BG number shown on the screen.  When you tap on the graph, it brings you to a bigger version of the graph so you can see it better (it's pretty small on the watch face).  You'll know the correct one because you'll see that it displays BG on it.  There are many different watch faces that use the word "glance" in the title.  But, this one uses the word, solely.

You'll need to go into the watch face's settings and add your Dexcom login info.  😉

RacerWife7 Thanks much.  "Glance" is a great face and really easy to setup!  Love it!

@RacerWife7can you tell me how you got your info to sync between Dexcom and the Versa 2? I have been having issues with mine. I have entered all my login information for the screen but it just has the blank information for my blood sugar. I can see all of my information from the Dexcom app but can't get my phone to see it. How did you get them to sync once you entered your login ID and Password?

Did you get your watch to display your blood sugars?  You need to turn on Dexom Share and setup a follower.

Hello - when I loaded Glance to my Fitbit App on my iPhone, it doesn't give me a data source option for Dexcom.  I tried uninstalling both the Fitbit App and the reinstalling the Glance app and it isn't allowing me to select the data source.  Has anyone had this experience?  I know that my Dexcom data is accurately tied to my online Dexcom account.  I get the watch face, but no Dexcom data.

Likewise here, Only 4 data sources show up and none of them are Dexcom..

I ended up going with Sentinel's watch face.  I gave up on the other app.  I did find out that I had to have a Dexcom follower that was getting my Dexcom BG data stream in order for Sentinel to work appropriately.  You also have to have the Fitbit App open on your phone to get the BG numbers to display on your watch.  It also drains your internal battery faster.  The person that made that watch face also has a Facebook group which helped me resolve any issues.

Do you know how to keep the Glance watch face on the home screen consistently? Mine works for a split second and then goes right back to the black face with just the time in bold numbers in the center. Help!

Here's what I found from November 2020 on YouTube:  this is great info and works with either: Fitbit Versa, Sense, Versa 2 or 3, Versa Lite and Iconic.  Haven't bought a new one yet as I still have an old Charge 2 but will be soon.   Just started on the Dexcom G6 and also upgraded to the Omnipod Dash which aren't all covered by my insurance so taking things a little slower for a spell.  Thanks all !! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Hi_Wz_4asg&lc=UgwVkoVWEZfsj7sTZuJ4AaABAg.9NtFvBlavxy9NufZZyTRDc

Mine used to work with my Dexcom account and iPhone and Diasend account. Unfortunately it’s stopped working I’ve disconnected and reconnected several times. My app on my phone counts my steps etc. no worries but will no longer sink with my iphone or Diasend account properly, my Diasend account says I burnt 10 percent of my calories each day. It shows no record of my steps heart rate or anything else, I’ve reset my password and disconnected and reconnected my account 5 times. My app works fine but not the Diasend or the versa 2.  I’ve had it worked on by 3 differ r people from Diasend and they say it’s not an issue at their  end. What’s going wrong please help.
