Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with your clock face issue, can you please elaborate? Do you receive an error message while trying to change your Versa Lite clock face? More information will be appreciated. In the meantime I receive your answers, please check: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
