How long should it take me to set up my Versa? I’ve had to other Fitbit and I don’t remember it taking long to set up.

If there is an Update it could take 2 hours to install

 

Otherwise set up is pretty fast

I would like to know if you keep having issues pairing your watch? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.
